Special DVLA Meeting October 9 at 6:00 p.m., bay area of the Fire Station

A presentation by the Washington County Attorney, Eric Clarke, on the subject of Special Service Districts will be given at the special DVLA meeting to be held on Tuesday evening, October 9, at 6:00 p.m. in the Fire Station truck bay area.  There may be other speakers, but the focus will be on the requirements and procedures to form an SSD for fire protection. There is a current consideration for a SSD which would be for Dammeron Valley alone, and the DVLA Board wants to make sure DV residents get accurate information on the process.
